Lots of friendly IT folks looking for support (and sometimes even some joking around) with Snipe-IT, the Free, Open Source IT Asset Management platform by Grokability. Free users and paid support/hosted customers welcome!

Grokability/Snipe-IT staffers are almost always online!

There is also a support channel for Goodforms.Com, the best email form validation on the planet (if we do say so ourselves.)
